The following pages are able to be used as the body of the lesson, or as a tool to support what you are teaching. They have been designed in such a way that students can work on them independently, in small groups or as a whole class.
A unit plan has been attached with suggested lesson plans. The majority of this unit has been created to allow students to complete these without the assistance of the classroom teacher.
In this science and technology unit, students will be studying the effect that heat will have on solids and liquids. Students will draw on prior knowledge from their recently completed unit to help them with this.
The major assessment for this unit will be the creation of a water bottle holder. This, combined with their completed activities from this unit which have been uploaded to their student folder will be collected and marked at the conclusion of this unit.
